These Terms govern access to the Traklances website, trial registrations and paid subscriptions. By creating a workspace or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
Traklances provides cloud-based ERP tools including admin web access, mobile apps and optional modules based on your selected subscription plan.
Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for users invited into your tenant and for activity under your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
- You must comply with applicable laws when using the platform
Subscriptions & billing
Plans, pricing, trials and billing intervals are described on the pricing page and in your subscription agreement. Fees are charged according to the plan and worker count selected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants or upload unlawful content.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows may occur with reasonable notice where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traklances is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
